Terms of Use
Last updated: 15 October 2026
By creating a Korazon account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Korazon.
Who can use Korazon
You must be 18 or older. You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for what happens under your account. Give us accurate details, and don't create an account for someone else or pretend to be someone you're not.
Using Korazon properly
Don't:
- harass, threaten, or bully anyone, or post hateful, sexual or illegal content;
- share or copy someone else's QR code, or try to get into an event you don't have access to;
- scrape, copy or collect other users' information;
- try to break, overload or get around the security of the app;
- use Korazon to send spam or advertising.
We can remove content, or suspend or delete accounts, that break these rules.
Your content
You own the photos, bio and other content you add. You give Korazon permission to store and show it in the app as described in our Privacy Policy. Only post content you have the right to share.
Events and tickets
Events are run by their organisers, not by Korazon. Organisers decide who gets in, and door staff may refuse entry. Tickets bought through Humanitix, Eventbrite or other sites are covered by those sites' terms, including refunds. Korazon isn't responsible for an event's content, safety or cancellation.
The service
Korazon is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by events, organisers or other users. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time (see korazon.dev/support). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we'll tell you in the app or by email. Using Korazon after that means you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
